DSG Global has recently announced the hiring of Nicole Kamaleson as Managing Director of the DSG Nonprofit division, who has more than 25 years of experience with global executive search. The company is "delighted to have Nicole back with the firm," as announced.
Nicole has also contributed to executive search work for chief executive officers, C-suite, founders, board directors, or regional/country directors as part of her experience with boards and senior leadership.
Her experience lies with organizations that function in Africa, Asia, Europe, as well as the Americas. She has served various organizations like Bridgespan Group, Oxfam US & International, the Gates Foundation, Mastercard Foundation, G4 Alliance, and Greenpeace International.
The leadership at DSG Global highlighted that Nicole’s international experience and sector expertise will improve the strength of the nonprofit practice and the ability of the company to serve organizations that solve complex global problems.
The return of Nicole, on the other hand, is projected to help increase DSG Global’s international presence.
Apart from her services in executive recruiting, Nicole has also spoken at various forums related to her undertakings.
This has included speaking at Syracuse University’s Maxwell School, InterAction, Ronald McDonald House Global Leadership Conference, Global Impact Investing Network, Mission Investors Exchange, and National Association of Women Business Owners.
She currently serves on the boards of RefuSHE and ChildFund International and was a board member of the Global Fund for Children. She has lived and worked in Romania, Kenya, Hungary, and in London, and currently splits her time between Chicago, Washington, D.C., New York, and the USVI.
