As part of the Business Women’s Speaker Series, acclaimed Kiwi actor Robyn Malcolm will be speaking in Tauranga in June 2025 after narrowly missing a prestigious Bafta award. She will join a range of professions amongst the four powerhouse women that includes broadcaster and author Toni Street; fashion designer and cultural entrepreneur Kiri Nathan; and global brand strategist and international speaker Cassie Roma.
Tauranga Business Chamber’s Business Women’s Network will be hosting the event which is to be held at the Baycourt Addison Theatre on June 25, 2025. Expecting to attract hundreds of audience from the region, this year’s theme highlights ‘Unstoppable: Owning Your Story’, underscoring leadership, innovation and influence.
This is the sixth years of the series and is open to females coming from all industries and walks of life, targeting to encourage personal as well as professional growth.
Moreover, the chamber said in a statement, “Each will share insights from their personal journeys, offering attendees a rare opportunity to engage with high-calibre speakers in one afternoon.
Chamber communications and events manager Carrie Brown added, “This is the most ambitious and exciting speaker series we’ve ever delivered. These women are not only leaders in their fields, they’re change-makers on the national and global stage. It’s an opportunity for our region to hear directly from voices that are shaping Aotearoa’s future.”
The event is also open to the public while tickets are available on Eventfinda and Baycourt with prices starting at $166.50.
