Stellantis Names Two Women Leaders in Europe Communications

Stellantis has expanded its Enlarged Europe Communications division, with Andrea Laura Siro-Brigiano appointed as Director of Lifestyle, Digital PR and New Media of the Enlarged Europe region effective from September 8, 2026.

Andrea will be reporting directly to Alessandro Nardizzi, Director of Communication at Stellantis, Enlarged Europe. The newly created role is an indication of the efforts the company has been making to improve communication through digital media.

The newly proposed arrangement, Lifestyle Communications, Digital PR, and New Media will come under her purview in the Enlarged Europe Region. The new position is going to help the company make an integrated approach towards audiences and communications on digital and media platforms.

Andrea joined Stellantis in 2025 as a veteran professional having rich experience of working internationally in the field of communications in the realms of luxury, fashion, and consumer goods. Within Stellantis, she has been handling Global Press Communications for FIAT and Abarth until now. Her experience of managing communications on an international level can be considered as the basis of her new assignment.

Andrea’s new job title marks an extension of the Enlarged Europe Communications department since she will be responsible for working within three departments of Lifestyle Communications, Digital PR & New Media. The new role’s objective is to enable Stellantis to have a more integrated strategy in their brand story-telling and digital communications process. She will be responsible for improving the visibility and influence of Stellantis as communications change and improve through digital media.

Continuing the momentum, Stellantis also appointed Simona Magnarelli who will take charge as Press Communications of FIAT and Abarth effective from September 8, 2026, succeeding Andrea Laura Siro-Brigiano. Apart from her added duties, Simona will continue to be in-charge of Lancia Communications & Events in Europe.

Simona leverages over 25 years of experience in the field of communications, most of which have been dedicated to the automobile sector. Her career trajectory has involved working in both domestic and foreign marketplaces.

She believes that Artificial Intelligence is allowing communications to be more flexible, accurate, and efficient without compromising the human thinking and reasoning that goes behind them is evident. While technology has helped change our modes of communicating and made the process faster, the objective has remained the same. Effective communication enables clarity, and clarity helps us add value.

Simona started with Toyota Motor Italia and then relocated to Sydney in Australia for gaining entrepreneurial skills. She worked at FCA as Press Office manager in Italy. Following the creation of Stellantis, she worked as Lifestyle Media & Digital PR Manager. Since October 2024, she is responsible for managing Lancia’s Communications & Events in its important European marketplaces.
