President Khurelsukh Ukhnaa of Mongolia officially inaugurated, on August 25, 2025, in Ulaanbaatar, the World Women Entrepreneurs Forum, under his presidency as patron.

This represents the fourth major event in Mongolia empowering women, under the theme of "Inspire, Impact, Invest".

The forum gathered more than 230 representatives from 25 nations to tackle common challenges that women entrepreneurs face. It has seminars and capacity-building events on enhancing gender-responsive economic and business policies, human resource development, investment, and market competitiveness.

It also seeks to establish new channels for policy-level support for gender-driven economies, facilitate cooperation, and encourage cross-border partnerships and opportunities for investment.

In addition to the forum, a business exhibition called "Innovation Showcase and Marketplace" will be organized on August 24-25, 2025, at Sukhbaatar Square.

The exhibition presents more than 140 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) promoting products and services in cashmere and wool, handicrafts, IT, and tourism.

There will also be B2B meetings, where entrepreneurs can develop possibilities for communication, financing, and joint project work.

The forum will also feature six sub-sessions on critical areas:

  1. Encouraging Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership
  2. Funding Her Vision: Securing Capital for Women Entrepreneurs
  3. Digital Innovation and Digital Transformation in Women's Businesses
  4. Green and Inclusive Economies: The Power of Women-led Enterprises
  5. Connecting Frontiers: A Mongolia-Asian Women in Business Conversation
