TechLadies - Asia

TechLadies, started by Elisha Tan in 2016, is a top women's community in Asia focused on empowering women in the tech industry. Seeing there were no opportunities for women to develop tech skills, Elisha built a platform that provided coding bootcamps, mentorship, and placement support.
Despite lacking a technical background, her interest in bringing about inclusivity propelled the move to assist women in making a transition into positions like software engineers, product managers, and designers.
With its headquarters in Singapore, TechLadies has fostered a dynamic community that applauds diversity and fills the gender gap in the Asian technology industry, creating careers and boosting the confidence of women.
