Olivia Saha, Co-Founder & CEO, Shinaraa a Hong Kong based luxury fashion company is a renowned name in the women’s apparel industry. Her brand prioritizes style and quality while also shouldering environmental and social responsibility.
Reflecting on the most important lessons learnt in 2025, Olivia says, “In 2025, my biggest learning was that growth is not always about speed, but about clarity and resilience. Building a purpose-driven brand means constantly balancing creativity, sustainability, and commercial reality.”
“This year taught me to listen more closely to customers, to the team, and to the business itself rather than forcing momentum before the foundations were ready. I learned that staying aligned with our values, even when progress feels slower than expected, ultimately builds a stronger, more authentic brand. Patience, adaptability, and honest reflection became just as important as ambition.”
Vision for 2026
In 2026, Olivia’s vision is to deepen Shinaraa’s identity as a thoughtful, design-led brand rooted in sustainability and artistic expression. “We aim to refine our storytelling, strengthen our community, and create pieces that feel meaningful and lasting, thus laying the foundation for a rapid growth,” she says.
“I want Shinaraa to be known not just for what we make, but for why we make it, it's to celebrate craftsmanship, conscious choices, and modern femininity. The focus will be on building trust, nurturing long-term relationships, and growing in a way that feels intentional, grounded, and true to our values.”
Inna Braverman, Co- Founder& CEO, Eco Wave Power is an Israeli entrepreneur and leader in wave energy innovation, having led the installation of the first grid-connected wave project in Israel and driving a global project pipeline of 404.7 MW. A UN awardee, her clean energy mission is deeply personal and impactful.
One of Inna’s key learnings in 2025 was the critical role of regulation in advancing innovative energy technologies, particularly through our project at the Port of Los Angeles. “Navigating permitting, environmental reviews, and coordination across multiple public authorities reinforced that regulatory readiness is just as important as technical readiness. The experience underscored the value of early engagement with regulators, ports, and local stakeholders, and the need for clear, proven deployment models when introducing wave energy into new markets. This year strengthened our understanding that successful commercialization depends on aligning technology, regulation, and infrastructure from the very beginning.”
Vision for 2026
Inna’s vision for 2026 is for Eco Wave Power to expand into new markets and help pave the way for wave energy as a recognized and deployable renewable solution worldwide. “Building on our grid-connected station in Israel and the demonstration pilot in Los Angeles, we aim to advance the Portugal project and establish the regulatory, technical, and commercial foundations needed for future megawatt-scale deployments. Our focus is on opening doors in regions where wave energy has not yet been implemented, working closely with ports, utilities, and governments to demonstrate that onshore wave energy can play a practical and scalable role in the global clean energy transition.”
