Key Appointments USA: 6 Women Leaders Take on New Leadership Roles in July

Amid technological shifts and changing workplace cultures, women leaders are channelling a change in the business world. The latest insights from Grant Thornton’s 2025 report highlights that companies in the U.S. are progressing path to gender parity but the pace is slow. Nearly half of all CFO roles, 49%, are now being held by women. Also, women are now occupying 27% of CTO roles. Changing attitudes and cultural shifts in the U.S. reflects a growing recognition of inclusive leadership rooting for women-led roles.
