Allison Howard has been named the first President of Cleaveland’s new WNMBA franchise, taking the lead as the team prepares for its 2028 debut at Rocket Arena. Her role demands her to oversee all business operations including ticketing, partnerships, fan engagement, and youth programs. Allison will continue as Rock Entertainment Group’s and the Cleveland Cavaliers’ EVP & Chief Commercial Officer through the 2025–26 NBA season. With prior leadership as the founding President of the Kansas City Current (NWSL), Allison brings proven expertise in guiding expansion teams, scaling business operations, and shaping culture.
