Reigniting Careers for Women

At Easypaisa Digital Bank, we are committed to empowering women and creating opportunities for them to actively participate in the workforce. Among our key initiatives, one that stands out is the Back-to-Get-Her program. This initiative is designed to support women who have taken a career break—whether due to family responsibilities, marriage, or childcare—by providing them with a structured pathway to re-enter the professional world.

Through this program, women join on a one-year contract, during which they receive on-the-job training, mentorship, and career counseling to refine their skills and rebuild their confidence. Once they are fully equipped, they are transitioned into permanent roles within their respective departments. Back-to-Get-Her not only reignites careers but also empowers women to regain financial independence and thrive in the corporate world.

Empowering Women to Restart and Thrive

The Back-to-Get-Her program has had a significant impact in fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment for women returning to the workforce. Since its launch, we have successfully reintegrated several talented women into corporate roles, enabling them to restart their careers with confidence. Many of these women have gone on to secure permanent positions, contributing meaningfully to the organization while achieving financial independence and professional growth.

One inspiring success story is that of Mehreen Younas, who took a career break of six years to focus on her family. Despite her experience and potential, she struggled to find opportunities to re-enter the corporate world. Through Back-to-Get-Her, she joined Easypaisa on a one-year contract, received mentorship, and upskilled through hands-on training. Within months, she demonstrated exceptional performance, and she secured a permanent role in Finance. Today, she is a key contributor to her team, proving that career breaks do not define one’s capabilities. This initiative continues to change lives by ensuring that women returning to work are not just welcomed but set up for long-term success.
