Women Rising in Leadership

We hope to see an increase in female representation in middle and senior management roles within two years. One standout success story is a quality engineer, who initially struggled with confidence and visibility in leadership discussions. Through the above she received mentorship from a senior director and exposure from an expat who helped her build strategic leadership skills while leading a key automation project, proving her ability to handle high-impact initiatives and was promoted becoming one of the few women in the company to hold this position. Her journey is a testament to how structured career support can break barriers and empower women to reach leadership positions in industries where they are traditionally underrepresented.
