Alexis Olsen Joins Dorsey's Phoenix Real Estate Team

Attorney Alexis Olsen has joined Dorsey & Whitney LLP as Of Counsel in the Real Estate group in Phoenix, the law firm announced today.

Alexis specializes in large-scale residential, multi-asset, and multi-state commercial leasing deals, as well as multi-use and residential development deals. She advises clients on complex acquisitions and dispositions, leasing transactions, entity structuring, and investment strategies and due diligence issues.

She has facilitated co-investment opportunities which result in capital investment in housing subdivisions across the country and has been involved in commercial leasing negotiations for office, retail, industrial and specialty use properties such as cannabis dispensaries, both as a landlord and a tenant.

Alexis earned her B.A. in 2000 from Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at the University of Arizona and her J.D. in 2002. Alexis comes to Dorsey from Squire Patton Boggs.
