Organized by Association of Women Leaders of Montenegro, a no-cost workshop, tailored to support individuals at all career stages, from early education to rising leadership roles is planned in June.  Join the educational workshop “Protocol and Dining Etiquette: Style Makes an Impression” on Wednesday, June 4th at 12 pm at the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica (Mediterranean Hall).

The Association of Women leaders connects influential women form both the private and public sphere, creating a dynamic environment for collaboration and growth. Through carefully curated workshops, mentorship opportunities, and peer-to-peer networking, we cultivate leadership that actively contribute to Montenegro’s evolving business and civic ecosystem.

Nina Redžepagić, a respected PR expert, will lead a focused one-hour session on business protocol. She will cover essential principles of professional conduct, the development of a distinctive personal style, and how to project confidence and credibility through both knowledge and behaviour.

This complementary workshop is tailored to support both students embarking on their educational journey and professional progressing in their careers. This session will equip participants with tools to make a powerful professional impression and navigate formal business settings with confidence and poise.

"We all encounter new challenges, important meetings, and the opportunity to participate in events we have never attended before in our careers. When we enter the world of business or work for public services, no one teaches us how to act properly in a wide variety of business situations," the Association said.

The second lecture in the leadership development series offers hands-on knowledge to help participants navigate their career paths with confidence. While our focus is on empowering women, the platform is inclusive. As volunteers dedicated to long-term community development, the association is willing to support and uplift those committed to meaningful growth.
