Family Enterprise USA (FEUSA) has named Cindy Ayloush, CEO and Chairman of Hydraflow, to its Advisory Board, according to an announcement made today by Pat Soldano, FEUSA’s President. FEUSA is a voice for family businesses on Capitol Hill.
As an individual on the Advisory Board, Cindy will represent FEUSA, contributing to their effort to educate Members of Congress on tax and economic policies impacting family-owned businesses and successful families.
Research indicates that in the USA, there are contributions worth $7.7 trillion each year to the GDP, in addition to 83.3 million jobs, constituting 59 percent of the private sector workforce, in the area of family-owned businesses.
Cindy marks the second generation in the family-owned Hydraflow Corporation, founded in 1961, which creates engineered component parts in Fullerton, California, primarily serving the aerospace sector.
She has academic credentials in engineering from Fullerton College, Brooks College, with an MBA in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
She is an active participant of the Center for Family Business at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF), serving on the Dean’s Advisory Board for the College of Business and Economics, and is a member of the Fullerton Chamber of Commerce.
She sits on the board of the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University and recently joined the Women’s Business Owner Group within FEUSA.
“Cindy brings a depth of knowledge and experience that will be assets on our mission,” said Pat. The Advisory Board works to engage family businesses in the support of policies that promote and help hardworking taxpayers, along with advising the organization’s vision, mission, and initiatives. Her knowledge will help in communicating effectively with lawmakers in the coming year.
