The Kateryna Biloruska Foundation has officially launched its second cohort of FEM 2.0 (Future Empowered Minds) in Cyprus.
This year, focuses on empowering Cypriot female youth by partnering with CIM - Cyprus Institute of Management to support them through academic collaboration, and engaging local youth.
With record numbers of players - 7663 female youth trying out for this year's program - only 78 female youth who were the top candidates will make up the 2026 cohort of participants from Cyprus, UK, Spain, Poland and worldwide.
FEM 2.0 is a free and intensive digital program that will provide participants with the skillset for leadership, financial insight and mental resilience.
The main offline aspect of the 2026 cohort will be the Leadership camp for Fem leadership participants that will take place in Cyprus where all leadership participants will meet other participants and work collaboratively on community service projects.
Yangos Hadjiyannis, CIM-Cyprus Business School CEO, emphasized the need to balance academic excellence with leadership qualities. “By providing world-class business education in Cyprus, we are developing the next generation of innovators who will lead with strategy and heart,” he said.
The 2026 group is also supported by SteelRose Legal Ltd, a law firm in London, which has partnered as a corporate social responsibility partner. This partnership offers a special prize: a mentorship trip to London for outstanding performers.
Kateryna Biloruska, Founder of the Kateryna Biloruska Foundation, emphasized the international scope of the project. “We are building a network where a girl from Kyiv can work together with girls from Limassol or London to solve global problems.
The success of FEM 2.0 is made possible by the partnership between the non-profit sector, academic institutions such as CIM, and professional organizations such as SteelRose.”
The initiative provides the following for the participants the FEM Leadership Camp in Cyprus, academic excellence, international mentorship, professional certification and global mobility.
