Encubay, an international business community dedicated to assisting companies in extending their operations into new markets, has unveiled USA Delegation 2025, which will be hosted in New York City from September 22 to 26, 2025.

The event will unite founders, investors, and ecosystem leaders, with applications already open via Encubay's website.

The delegation will include carefully designed interactions with investors and peers, culminating in attendance at the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) Annual Meeting.

Encubay is the first Indian business network to be an official CGI partner, providing delegates entry to this international convening on innovation and social impact.

The New York initiative is aimed at fostering cross-border co-operation and will feature engagement with senior executives like Phuthi Mahanyele-Dabengwa (Naspers Limited), Prajna Khanna (Prosus Group), and Seema Hingorani (Morgan Stanley) on topics of investing, sustainability, and capital flows.

Delegates will also take part in a series of high-impact events: an Investor Mixer on September 22, Founders without Borders on September 23, the CGI Annual Meeting on September 24–25, and Women Leading the Change on September 26.

Previously in 2025, Encubay, together with Prosus, introduced the Tech FoundHER Challenge, providing three equity-free winners with $100,000 in grants, as well as inclusion in the New York delegation. The 2025 cohort will target startups and businesses in AI, healthtech, fintech, and sustainability, as well as investors and ecosystem leaders venturing into overseas expansion.

Encubay's previous missions to places like Davos, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Singapore have resulted in follow-on capital, pilot partnerships, and alliances with international accelerators.

For instance, a healthtech company from Dubai delegation received a seed extension from a GCC-based investor, while a climate-tech entrepreneur from the Davos delegation built a pilot partnership with India's senior government office. These results confirm Encubay's mission to develop opportunities beyond networking events.
