On April 24, Mind Mosaic CEO Gwyneth MacDonald will chair a session at The Albany on Greenock's Orangefield Place highlighting the need for good mental health in the workplace. Supported by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, the event is part of Inverclyde Women in Business, which aims to help current and prospective female business leaders in the area.

The event will offer ample networking opportunities, allowing attendees to connect and engage with one another. It is open to women from businesses of all sizes and industries, whether home-based or operating from commercial premises.

Inverclyde Council is one of Scotland's 32 local councils, serving the Inverclyde area. It was formed in 1996, replacing the Inverclyde District Council, which had existed between 1975 and 1996. The council has been under no overall control since 2007, with a Labour minority administration in charge. Its offices are based in the Municipal Buildings in Greenock, the area's largest town.

It is part of the Inverclyde Women in Business campaign aimed at empowering women entrepreneurs as well as those interested in starting companies. This is necessary as it enables women to network through exposure to other women, thus forging new connections for their businesses.

During this session, participants will find helpful information about how to balance work and life, manage work stress, and create a conducive work culture. If you run a home-based business or one based in the commercial setup, this conference is a chance to learn and socialize with like-minded individuals operating in the same environment.
