There will be four nations competing in the 2026 FIFA Women's Series (Australia, India, Malawi) from April 11-15, 2023, with Group 4 games being held at Nyayo National Stadium in Nairobi, Kenya, marking the first time this tournament will take place in Kenya.
The tournament will start with eight different countries competing on April 11 and feature a final championship match on April 15 for the group winners and a third-place match for the other two countries in Group 4.
FIFA Women’s Series events will provide participants in the SAP initiative an opportunity to develop their sporting knowledge and skills within a variety of areas related to how to deliver large-scale sporting events and plan operationally for all components associated with organizing an international tournament sanctioned by FIFA, as well as develop referees for the international arena and organize the entire event itself.
The FIFA Women’s Series matches will be broadcast around the world, thus increasing the availability of the matches to fans and enhancing the exposure to the digital resources of all of the teams participating in the tournament.
