Under this new leadership structure, Deborah Heslip (West), JT Pierce (East), and Steve Ferreira (Central) will report to Alissa Hansen, CEO, North America. All three are newcomers to the company, with a strong background in the industry, and their responsibilities include innovation, production quality, and technology and AI.
Since its launch in 2024, Omnicom Production’s U.S. operations have grown its client list and now boast a substantial share of the world's leading global brands, according to the Integrated Best Global Brands 2025 report.
Its unique operating model integrates production capabilities with technology and AI, including partnerships with Adobe, Runway, and other technology and AI companies, which is an important aspect of how Omnicom Production currently operates in key international markets.
The company has also added new client partnerships, as brands are looking to work with the company to support their changing production approaches across platforms and regions.
Commenting on the new leadership roles, Alissa Hansen stated, “The expanded regional leadership team is designed to increase collaboration with our clients and support our continued growth in North America.”
Deborah is appointed to Omnicom Production from Monks, where she was the Global Chief Client Officer. She has extensive industry experience, including marketing transformation programs for global brands like Apple, S.C. Johnson, Amazon, and Hyundai, as well as significant contributions to client account development during her career.
