Maven Clinic to Host First Onward Summit on Women's Health and Care

By: Global Woman Leader Team | Wednesday, 19 August 2026

Maven Clinic, a virtual healthcare platform for women and families, has announced Onward, its first annual industry summit, scheduled for September 30 in New York City. The event will bring together benefits leaders, health plan executives, clinicians, and healthcare innovators to discuss the future of women’s and family health.

The summit comes as employers face rising healthcare costs and major changes in benefits strategies. Discussions will cover areas such as fertility and IVF policies, prenatal genomics, maternity reimbursement, AI-enabled care, GLP-1 treatments, and improving clinical outcomes.

Onward will feature leaders from Bank of America and Pinterest, along with healthcare partners including Mirvie, Color Health, and Juniper Genomics. Maven executives, clinical experts, and members will also share insights and experiences to help shape the future of care.

Actress, mother, and breast cancer advocate Olivia Munn will headline the event. Following her breast cancer diagnosis in 2023—which was identified after her physician calculated her lifetime cancer risk beyond routine screening—she has become a prominent voice for early detection and risk assessment. She was recently named to TIME's 2025 Women of the Year and TIME's 2024 100 Most Influential People in Health.
