This industry platform will bring together India's foremost HR leaders, CEOs, policymakers, workplace strategists, and industry experts for an evening dedicated to exploring the future of work, leadership, and organizational culture.

Built on the theme "Championing Inclusion. Celebrating Leadership. Creating Impact", the event is set to put forward-thinking enterprises that are redefining the contours of workplace excellence in a rapidly transforming world on the centre stage.

Over the years, Most Preferred Workplace has become one of India's most reputable platforms for honouring excellence in people leadership and workplace culture. This initiative will witness A convergence of ideas that help people and performance flourish together, with senior leaders from a variety of industries sharing diverse perspectives, including BFSI, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, technology, healthcare, retail, infrastructure, real estate, and professional services.

The Day will begin with a thought-provoking fireside conversation titled "Ambition Without Self-Abandonment: What Success Really Costs Women," exploring the leadership mindset, resilience, and vision required to lead through change and contribute meaningfully to India's growth story. 

The session will feature Rajita Kulkarni, Global Higher Education Leader, Past President – Sri University & WFEB, Leadership Strategist & Coach, alongside Ruhie Pande, Group CHRO, Serentica, Resonia & Sterlite Electric, & Nagina Singh, Senior Director & People Lead, Mondelez India.  The discussion will be moderated by Shaija Saraswati, Founder, Unstoppable Network.

An accomplished panel of HR leaders will convene for the flagship panel, "The Leadership Equation: Building Beyond the Glass Ceiling," to discuss how companies can create leadership ecosystems that boost resilience, accelerate innovation, and foster sustainable business growth by empowering more women to take on leadership roles.

The Event will also be graced by the presence of Smt. Nidhi Taneja, Retd. Lt. Commander, Indian Navy, who has been invited to deliver the Guest of Honour Address. She will highlight the plan of action in connecting India's $5 trillion economy ambition with women's leadership.
