  • Seeks to increase visibility, business growth, connection, and collaboration of women entrepreneurs

The Oh Yes I Can Women in Business Group, facilitated by Communicate Great and led by communication coach Traci Poe, is launching She Means Business: OYIC's 30 Women in 30 Days, a 30-day visibility campaign honoring women entrepreneurs and business leaders who are part of the OYIC community. Running from September 1 through American Business Women's Day on September 22, the effort is designed to increase the visibility, credibility, and impact of female leaders across the country.

Daily throughout the month, OYIC will highlight one outstanding woman on its open social media pages and members-only virtual group. They were selected for their charitable work, dynamic participation in business, and leadership in their industries. The campaign not only provides them with the recognition they have earned but also facilitates useful connections, cohesiveness, and business growth.

Driven by Communicate Great, a communications and public speaking training firm Traci established, OYIC has evolved into an energetic, national community of entrepreneurial women dedicated to community over competition. The group facilitates virtual summits, monthly networking "Bump Ups," speaker showcases, professional development workshops, and other efforts to support women at each stage of business.

"We founded She Means Business to pay tribute to the women who arrive, work together, and drive our community so effective," Traci explained. "It's celebrating their businesses while encouraging others seeking connection, growth, and real cooperation."

The 30 women who were profiled come from a diverse array of industries such as law, publishing, nonprofit consulting, branding, and coaching, and most are former speakers, vendors, sponsors, or attendees at the summit. They all share the collective values of leadership, generosity, collaboration, and visibility and are running their own businesses while elevating others.

With its increasing membership and widening reach, the Oh Yes I Can Women in Business Group remains a go-to community for women founders and entrepreneurs. The 30 Women in 30 Days campaign joins its roster of monthly gatherings, online and offline networking sessions, group coaching sessions, and the soon-to-be launched Oh Yes I Can Podcast—all aimed at empowering women in business.
