The Enterprising Women Hall of Fame honored William H. Reynolds of DevMar Manufacturing at the 24th Annual Enterprising Women of the Year Awards Celebration & Conference in New Orleans, LA. The Hall of Fame recognizes women business owners and leaders who have helped those in their communities and who have achieved great success in their own businesses.
William’s induction into the Hall of Fame was due to her continuing dedication towards assisting women to gain economic empowerment; assisting women and minority-owned businesses by providing mentoring and offering inspiration to the future generations of woman leaders.
As she became a member of the Enterprising Women Hall of Fame, William was identified as a member of a global network of women business leaders committed to contributing positive change to their communities through their entrepreneurial activities, business endeavors, and service work.
Furthermore, Enterprising Women has made a commitment to acknowledging the effects women are having on the political, economic, and social status of women throughout the world in 185 countries.

William is the founder and CEO of DevMar Manufacturing, a company based in Nashville and owned by a woman. The company specializes in the development of nanotechnologies made from titanium and zinc and has a number of patented technologies aimed at reducing the negative effects of humans on the environment while supporting industrial and health-related needs.
She is also involved in mentoring and leadership roles outside of her company. She is the National Co-Chair of the Entrepreneurs of Purpose Programme for the Enterprising Women Foundation and the Chair of the Nashville Young Enterprising Women Mentoring Forum Program.
Her past and present roles include leadership roles for the Women Business Collaborative, Women Business Enterprise National Council, Nashville Entrepreneur Center, Women Presidents Organization, and International Women’s Forum.
Some of her past recognitions include Enterprising Women of the Year Award, Nashville Titan 100 CEO Award, Entrepreneur of the Decade by MBDA Magazine, and induction into the 2023 YWCA Academy for Women of Achievement.
