WIN Appoints Co-Chairs for India & Australia/New Zealand

Women In Nutraceuticals (WIN), an international non-profit organization whose mission is to empower women to reach gender and societal equality within the world of nutraceuticals, announced an important milestone in its global rollout with the appointment of three Country Co-Chairs for India and Australia/New Zealand

Established in 2021, WIN evolved into an international movement with over 750 members, over 50 sponsors and partners, and 7,500 social media followers, indicating its increasing impact in promoting women's leadership throughout the nutraceutical industry, connecting science, business, and purpose.

WIN India's Co-Chairs are Dr. Jayashree Ladha PhD, CSO & Co-Founder, Rudra Bioventures, Tammana Singh, Founder & CEO, Menoveda, Dr. Sneha Sawant Desai PhD, Marketing Manager, Nutriventia Pvt. Ltd.

All three will spearhead WIN India's efforts to advance mentorship streams, empower women scientists and entrepreneurs, and increase leadership chances for women in India's burgeoning nutraceutical industry.

WIN Australia/New Zealand Co-Chairs are Leah Davey, Managing Director, NZ Supply Corp and former CEO of Maui Milk, Dr. Novita Puspasari PhD, Scientific Affairs Manager, Swisse Wellness (H&H Global), Roberta Barbiellini, General Manager, Nuchev Limited – Practitioner

The leadership of WIN ANZ is expert in science, industry, and innovation with an aim to further WIN's mission in Australia and New Zealand, two of the most dynamic nutraceutical markets within the region.

The newly appointed Co-Chairs will lead WIN representation at Vitafoods Asia 2025 in Bangkok, joined by Regional Co-Chair and first-time WIN Global Liaison Rajat Mittal Shah, Founding Member and Vice-President Michelle Martin, WIN Member and Silver Sponsor Sameer Joshi, and Natasha Berrow, EVP for WIN Platinum Sponsor Informa Markets.

Dr. Sybille Buchwald-Werner, Board Liaison Global Committee, WIN, said:
