Women Business Collaborative Adds Four New Leaders to Its Board

Women Business Collaborative has added 4 new members to its Board of Directors: Nicola Bates, President and CEO of Siemens Capital Company; Denella Clark, President and CEO of the Boston Arts Academy Foundation; Dawn Hendricks, President and CEO of FM Talent; and Tamika Tremaglio, Managing Director at The Secretariat.

WBC, an organization that advocates for equal position, pay, and power for all women in business, has stated that these leaders' combined knowledge and skills will help advance their mission and provide support for continued progress toward systematic change, according to Gwen K. Young, CEO of WBC.

The newly-elected members of the Board have demonstrated the ability to lead with effectiveness. Tamika has a strong background in Strategic Leadership, Governance and Organizational Transformation gained through her work with the NBA Players Association.

Nicola is a leader in Technology, Innovation and Global Partnerships and has promoted Inclusive Leadership in STEM.

Dawn is an Entrepreneur with Human Resources, Diversity Equity and Inclusion and Scaling Talent-Based Organizations experience.

Denella has extensive Nonprofit Leadership, Educational and Equity-Focused experience, particularly in increasing access for Underserved Communities.

As WBC continues to focus on key initiatives including the Women’s Capital Summit, the Action For Impact Summit, as well as its newly established programs like Athlete Business Academy, Expanded Pathways for Women Veterans and Women-Owned Businesses, the addition of these leaders will enhance WBC's ability to extend its reach across the Business World, as indicated by India Gary Martin.
