In this newly created leadership position, Clemence will be responsible for developing talent strategy, organization development, and culture-building efforts as Alterland works towards its mission of redefining how people collaborate remotely in technology-enabled immersive environments.

Clemence joined Alterland after working at Yoto, where she progressed through various roles from Talent & People Manager to Talent Acquisition Manager, and played a key role in building scalable hiring procedures and enhancing the people operations for a growing business.

Prior to Yoto, Clemence held the position of Senior/Lead Talent Partner at Jigsaw, where she supported the talent acquisition and strategic hiring initiatives of the business through successful workforce planning to drive business growth.
