Tory Burch Foundation has selected Elyse Stoltz Dickerson, founder and CEO of eosera®, for its 2026 Fellows Class in recognition of her success as a businesswoman and innovator in the field of healthcare consumer products.

This prestigious fellowship program selects 120 female entrepreneurs each year and offers them mentorship, executive coaching, educational programming, and an influential network of founders. The program aims at equipping its members with the necessary tools and information to help them grow and have a greater impact on the economy as a whole.

Serving as a platform for empowering women-owned businesses and leadership, the Tory Burch Foundation, established in 2009 is committed to helping business founders grow and develop their ventures into more powerful organizations.

This initiative aligns with the overall goals of the foundation, which primarily is focused on improving the entrepreneurial landscape and generating over $1 billion of economic impact by 2030 through the development of women-owned businesses.

The Foundation seeks to provide more opportunities for women entrepreneurs to gain funding and mentorship, among other opportunities. Other than being the founder and CEO of eosera®, Elyse also sits on the board of TechFW, where she promotes and recognizes talent in innovation and entrepreneurship.

Over the last 11 years, she has dedicated herself to transform the ear care market through eosera®. Before joining Eosera, Elyse worked at Alcon/Novartis for 13 years, advancing to Global Director position and managed a $1.7 billion business portfolio. Along with her executive responsibilities, she is also board member of various organizations and a women's entrepreneur advocate through annual funding programs offered by the eosera Foundation.
