HORP Singapore Summit to Focus on Women in Leadership

House of Rose Professional (HORP) has unveiled the women leaders and global male allies who will join the 2026 World Edition of its Break the ceiling touch the sky summit as speakers and mentors. The leadership event is scheduled for October 12, 2026, in Singapore.

The 43rd international edition will be held at Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Singapore, and is expected to bring together around 250 senior executives and entrepreneurs. The summit will explore key areas such as leadership, business growth, artificial intelligence, talent development, inclusion and the advancement of women in leadership.

The participating women leaders have been identified through HORP’s 2026 Asia’s Most Inspirational Women in Leadership research, which assesses 3,500 women leaders from 500 companies across Asia. The research examines leadership, business impact and the influence of women leaders as role models. HORP stated that there is no nomination or entry fee for consideration or recognition.

Other women leaders being announced are Billie Tan, President, International Sales and Solutions, Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa, UPS; Bita Seow, Managing Director, Ace Adventure Expeditions; Jerrica Chooi, Country Holding Officer, Singapore, ABB; Joy Jinghui Xu, Group Chief People and Culture Officer, DFI Retail Group; and Preeti Arora Razdan, CEO, Southeast Asia, Diageo.

Ambassador of Hungary to Singapore and Brunei Darussalam Judit Pach, Senior Managing Director Singapore & Malaysia, UPS Ms Ingrid Lorentz Sidiadinoto and General Manager Philip Morris Taiwan, Yanyan Ji are among the other women leaders involved.

Leaders from the male group will also be joined by business leaders at the summit, including Scott Price, Group Chief Executive of DFI Retail Group, Bijoy Sagar (EVP and Chief Information Technology and Digital Transformation Officer) at Bayer, Nikesh Mehta (British High Commissioner to Singapore) and KV Rao (Chairman and Director, Tata International Singapore) and Steven Okun (Founder and CEO, APAC Advisors).

In addition, HORP published its results for the 2020–2026 time frame on its Break the ceiling touch the sky® 101 Best Global Companies for Women in Leadership Global Index. This research included over 60,000 C-suite and Board level executives from the Fortune Global 500.

Companies with more gender representation across Board and executive leadership had revenue and profit increases compared to non-index companies in the 2026 index. 73% of the index companies had reported revenue growth compared with 60% of non-index companies; 52% of the index companies had reported profit growth, compared with 47% of non-index companies.

The research also revealed that the proportion of women in C-suite and Board roles in S&P companies rose from 22.2% in 2020 to 35.71% in 2026 to meet the representation threshold for companies to be included in the BTC 101 Global Index. That was welcome news, said HORP, except that there was no gain in gender balance for the world's top 500 companies for the first time in seven years.

The results underline the connection between advancing gender-balanced leadership and business performance, Anthony A. Rose, Chairman and CEO of House of Rose Professional said. This summit will be a chance for leaders to exchange practices and discuss how they will further progress towards high performance and inclusive leadership, he said.
