On January 8, 2026, Loews Hotels & Co, a branded owner & operator brand in refined hospitality, announces the appointment of Kristie Goshow as Chief Commercial Officer.

Originally from the UK, Kristie is an internationally recognized commercial leader with a proven track record of accomplishing performance, innovation, and brand growth in global hospitality portfolios.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Kristie will be responsible for formulating the company's commercial strategy and will oversee Sales, Hotel Marketing, Revenue Management, Meetings & Events, Brand, and Communications, e-Commerce & Distribution, Digital Marketing as well as the Customer Engagement Center.

In her role, she will be expected to drive the company's revenue growth, improve customer relations, increase direct bookings, and boost brand awareness across the 27 Loews properties.

Kristie has joined Loews Hotels with over 20 years of combined experience in the travel and hospitality industry. She was Chief Commercial Officer at Peregrine Hospitality Group (formerly KSL Resorts) where she was leading the Sales, Revenue Strategy, and Marketing departments.

Before this, she was the Chief Marketing Officer at Preferred Hotels & Resorts (now Preferred Travel Group), where she was responsible for global Marketing and Loyalty programs of a portfolio consisting of more than 700 hotels in 80+ countries.

Her leadership positions at Viceroy Hotel Group, Sabre, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, Le Méridien, and Utell (Pegasus) constitute her professional career. Kristie first worked for a travel logistics company, MSAS.

She then joined Virgin Atlantic in the aviation department, where she was the Area Sales Manager. In addition to that, she lived in Dubai for 9 years working for Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts where she headed distribution, marketing, and business innovation for the global luxury brand.
