Travis Perkins Names Sally Dunn as New CHRO

Travis Perkins plc, the UK's leading building materials and trade distribution company, has appointed Sally Dunn as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The move follows the company's ongoing efforts to build on its people strategy and support its long-term growth aspirations within the building materials and trade distribution market in the UK.

Sally has a wealth of human resources leadership, organizational development, talent strategy, reward management and workforce transformation experience. She has worked with Travis Perkins plc for almost 20 years, contributing to the company's people agenda and the large-scale business transformation projects throughout the company.

Before joining as CHRO, Dunn worked as Director of HR Shared Services and as an Interim Director of Reward with the senior leadership team to develop organizational design, people capabilities, operational effectiveness, and employee experience programs. During her career she served in various leadership roles across the business, participating in HR modernization, talent development, succession planning, and workforce strategy.
