Gobal video game commerce company, Xsolla has reinforced its commitment to strengthen women in gaming by supporting inclusive community initiatives, industry collaborations, and knowledge-sharing platforms. The gaming company is committed to empower developers, especially women founders, studio leaders, publishers, and entrepreneurs. This brings enhanced visibility and industry networks to forefront allowing players to better access and leverage the global connection and opportunity.

The initiative will be imperative across high-growth regions and emerging hubs such as Türkiye, Dubai, and Cyprus. A befitting example, recently in Dubai, the company hosted an event that became an opportunity to bring together women founders and senior leaders from Middle East to share insights and discuss scaling studios as the MENA gaming market toward a projected $9.57 billion by 2030.

In collaboration with Axlebolt, WN, and the Women in Games Association, Xsolla hosted the 2025 Women in Games Cyprus conference. It brought together more than 70 senior leaders for panels and workshops designed to foster connection, knowledge sharing, and professional advancement.
