They guided with a clear intention and creativity while proving that influence is not an exclusive prerogative of authority but it can be equally shared in mentorship and partnership. Leaders of new generation are also the ones to showcase unwavering commitment alongside foresight as they mainly focus on turning their chosen sectors around and setting new metrics for success. Over the past 10 years, female-led companies and startups have been a major source of economic consolidation while at the same time they led by example in innovation and social change that is sustainable.
