Kuwait's New Kuwait 2035 vision incorporates women's empowerment as a constitutional and developmental objective. Article 29 of the Constitution of Kuwait enshrines gender equality and the national strategy capitalizes on this by encouraging women's leadership in both public sector administration and private business.

Programs such as the Kuwait Women's Economic Empowerment Platform (KWEEP) offer mentorship, access to funding and corporate inclusion entry points. These efforts are complemented by Kuwait's enduring push for women's political representation that has resulted in increasing levels of participation in government and parliament.

The Vision 2035 policy model sees women as integral players in a diversified, innovation-led economy. Kuwait's strategy underscores how equal rights under the law, when accompanied by institutional frameworks, can achieve long-term empowerment across generations.
