The UAE National Policy for the Empowerment of Emirati Women 2023–2031 carries forward the vision of Vision 2021, grounding empowerment in three pillars i.e., family stability, labour-market participation and capacity development for future economic sectors.

The Gender Balance Council and other bodies at the national level guarantee women's active participation in leadership, entrepreneurship and government. Emirati women now head initiatives in fields like AI, clean energy and space technology, several domains that were previously male-dominated.

The government's gender-balance vision has found expression in the form of forward-looking workplace reforms and equal-opportunity structures within public and private sectors. Fundamentally, the UAE's plan goes beyond equality into integrated empowerment, whereby women are the masters of innovation and guardians of sustainable development.
